Unfortunately nobody can make it to Zumba every day.
It is important to work up a sweat every day though.. at least for 20-30 minutes. I’ve been running on my “days off” to supplement my Zumba Fitness workout. I really turned it up a notch about a month ago when a friend suggested registering for a half-marathon.
It seemed pretty much impossible at first, but just the other day I ran 7 miles for the first time and I think doing another 6 might not be so bad.

I suppose this would work, but doesn’t seem very fun. I’d rather Zumba any day!
